POLICY ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 We are no responsible for refunds or exchanges due to wrong fit difficulties because your order is custom printed particularly for you. When choosing the style and fit of their product, buyers assume all risks. We've included a size guide on each product page to assist you in selecting the correct size. MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to contact our customer service and request order adjustments or cancellation. Your order has already been placed in production and cannot be changed after 24 hours.

*Please note that if your purchase has already been dispatched for specific items, we will be unable to cancel or modify it, even if your request is made within the first 24 hours after your order was placed.

ORDER DEFECTIVE/INACCURATE

Elon’s Gifts is committed to ensuring product quality and order correctness. It is possible, however, that you will receive a damaged item, low-quality printing, or an erroneous product. Thankfully, it's a rare occurrence! However, if this is the case, we guarantee our customers' complete pleasure by providing a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

 

All we need is your order number and a clear photograph of the erroneous item, poor print quality, or damaged portion of the item. Please contact us at support@elonsgifts.com and one of our kind customer service representatives will arrange for a reprint or refund for you!

 

ORDER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED

 

Contact our Front Liners using our Contact Us Elon’s Gift page if your item has not arrived within 30 days for shirts and 45 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, hooded blankets, hoodie dress, car seat covers, luggage covers, or bags after ordering.

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns because your product is custom printed particularly for you. We will replace defective items or an inaccurate order upon receipt of a photograph demonstrating the particular problem with the product and the order number.

 

ENSURE THE FOLLOWING:

The item was delivered within the last 30 days.

The item has never been washed, worn, or used.

The product or the printing is faulty, or the final product is not the same as the one you bought.
